Outdoor exercise

 The advantage of  exercising this way,  is that it is done outdoors in the fresh air  and with only your own body weight, so you only lift as much as you weigh. There are many outdoor workout areas around us, so finding an area to suit you should never be a problem. For beginners, it is possible to exercise with the help of a resistance rubber band, which makes the body lighter during the exercise, so you lift less than you weigh. For  the more experienced client, we can build on and improve your skills depending on what you require.
